Brian Schoch

Vice President & Senior Partner

Brian has been in field sales search since 1997 working with venture backed high technology companies throughout North America and Europe. His expertise is in enterprise infrastructure, having built sales organizations for venture backed companies in network infrastructure, applications, business process management, web services & security. Brian's business practice is focused in direct sales, field system engineering and channel sales for leading infrastructure companies in North America. Seth Conley

Vice President, Business Development

Seth has a BS in Human Resource Management from New School University, NY and a MBA in Management with a concentration in Human Resources, from the State University of New York at Albany. Seth spent the first 10 years of his career in the US Navy's Nuclear Power Program, with 4 years on board a nuclear powered submarine.  Following his time in the Navy, Seth worked in energy and finance.  He started and managed a successful energy trading firm in New York and also held the position of VP of Sales for a NY based Mortgage Company, building and managing a sales team of 15 and a telemarketing team of 40.  Most recently he worked for a CA non-profit as the Director of Development.   Seth's experiences make him a wealth of information in the areas of Sales, Energy, Start-Ups, Finance, and Human Resource Management. Seth@121siliconvalley.com

Scott Karcheski

Vice President, Business Development

With a previous background managing integration services for the enterprise, Scott joined the search industry working with network storage and security leaders in1999.  Scott's focus is in field sales and field sales engineers within infrastructure as well as business process management, and applications.  Scott has worked with many European companies, expanding their US workforce.  Scott has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College.
